Incoming orders flow directly into your Digital Florists dashboard, and you can manage all channels - walk-in, phone, web, and relay - in one place.
Outgoing relay orders can also be managed on Digital Florists. You can keep track of where orders have gone on your dashboard, but you may need to go to the network's software to send. For some networks, this is fully automatic and the order gets passed directly to the network from Digital Florists.
Yes, our Deliveries product includes a dedicated app for iOS and Android. Drivers receive optimised routes, can capture photo or signature proof of delivery, and customers automatically receive real-time status updates via SMS or email. Reduce your "where is my order?" calls.
